2024 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Saw action in five meets during his first outdoor season for the Volunteers
- Finished sixth in the mile at the APP State Open (4/26) with a 4:07.39
- Opened his outdoor season with a personal best of 13:50.75 in 5,000-meter at the Raleigh Relays (3/29)
- In his first indoor track season with the Vols, competed at five meets and finished the year as UT's No. 2 all-time performer in the men's mile
- Received SEC Indoor Men's Co-Scholar-Athlete for the 2024 indoor track season
- Scored three points for the Vols in the mile at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/24), finishing sixth overall in 4:02.35
- Ran the 800-meter leg of the DMR and helped his team to post the second fastest time in school history, blazing past the finish in 9:28.17 and securing eighth at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/17)
- One out of two athletes to break the four-minute mile for Tennessee by clocking in at 3:59.83 and placing fourth at the Music City Challenge (2/9)
- Opened his season and made his UT track debut at the Commodore Challenge (1/13) with a time of 4:02.38 in the mile
2023 CROSS COUNTRY
- Led the way for the Vols at the NCAA Championships (11/18), with a time of 30:28.8
- Crossed the line in 29:50.8 at the NCAA D1 South Regional (11/10), placing in the 31st position
- Made SEC Championships debut (10/27), talling 19th place with a time of 23:40.4
- Finished 29th with a time of 23:48.9 at the XC23 Pre-Nationals (10/14), setting a new personal record in the 8k
- Set a new personal record in the 6k at the Furman Cross Country Invitational (9/16), placing eigth with a time of 18:22.0
2022 CROSS COUNTRY
- Crossed the finish line in 30:47.9 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (11/19)
- Registered a time of 30:18.70 at the NCAA South Regional Championships (11/11), setting a personal best and finishing 21st
- Captured a 33rd place finish with a time of 24:00.3 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (9/30)
- Led Tennessee in second place at the Florida State Tennessee Dual (9/16), capturing a time of 29:13.03
- Tallied a second place finish in his first meet at Tennessee in the Tennessee Cross Country Invitational (9/2), finishing the race in 20:38.07.
2021 CROSS COUNTRY (at Grand Canyon)
- Broke the 8,000 meter school record with a time of 24:02.9 at the Highlander Invitational
- Placed third at the Highlander Invitational
- Finished within the top 50 of 374 runners at the Roy Griak Invitational
- Competed in three total meets, and finished two
2021 TRACK AND FIELD (at Grand Canyon)
- Won the 1,500-meter race at the WAC Championships
- Placed runner-up in the 800-meters at the WAC Championships
- Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 800-meters
- Set the school record in the 800-meter race at the Canyon Invitational
2020 CROSS COUNTRY (at Grand Canyon)
- Made personal bests for three consecutive meets
- Took 18th place at the WAC Cross Country Championships
2020 TRACK & FIELD (at Grand Canyon)
- Broke the school record for the men's mile (4:11.35)
- Placed second in the mile and third in the 800-meter race at WAC Indoor Championships
- Set a personal record in the 3,000-meter race (8:32.22) and set the GCU mile record at the Houston Invitational
- WAC rankings: second in the mile, fifth in the 800-meter race and seventh in the 3,000-meter race
2019 CROSS COUNTRY (at Grand Canyon)
- Finished four out of five meets as GCU's first place runner
- Set a personal best at the Bronco Invitational, while placing eighth overall
- Finished 29th place at WAC Championships
- Raced in first NCAA Cross Country Championships and placed 103th
- Set four personal bests during the season
2019 TRACK & FIELD (at Grand Canyon)
- Scored points in the 800 and 1,500-meter at the WAC Championships
- Set personal records in both races at the WAC Championships
- Ranks fourth all-time at GCU in the 800-meter race
