Outdoor- Competed at the Dani Palooza Last Chance (5/12), placing second in the 3000S with a time of 9:01.82
- Placed seventh in the 3000S at the SEC Championships (5/9), clocking a time of 9:05.27
- Completed two meets for Tennessee this season, capturing a personal-best in the 3000 with a fifth place finish
- Competed in the 3000-meter at the David Hemry Valentine Invitational (2/9), clocking a time of 8:19.15
- Made his Tennessee track debut at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) and turned in a lifetime-best 3k with a mark of 8:10.47, finishing fifth overall
2023 CROSS COUNTRY
- Crossed the line in 24:36.0 at the SEC Championships (10/27)
- Finished the XC Pre-Nationals (10/14), with a time of 24:43.9
- Set a personal record in the 6k at the Furman Cross Country Invitational (9/16), placing eighth with a time of 18:22.0
- Made his Tennessee debut at the Tennessee Cross Country Invite (9/1), finishing second at 20:03.7
2022-23 TRACK AND FIELD (at Navy)
Outdoor- Qualified for the NCAA East Regionals in the 3,000m steeplechase
- Finished in second place in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Patriot League Championship with a career-best time of 8:52.81
- Recorded a season-best time in the 5,000m at 14:52.22 at the conference championship
- Placed fourth at the Patriot League Championship in the 5,000m with a career-best time of 14:18.05
- Also posted a career-best time of 8:12.60 in the 3,000m at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational
2022 CROSS COUNTRY (at Navy)
- Ran in five races for Navy during the 2022 season
- Claimed three top ftop-five finishes
- Placed fourth at the 2022 Patriot League Championships
2021-22 TRACK AND FIELD (at Navy)
Outdoor- Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship with a time of 9:05.82
- Clocked a season-best time of 8:56.84 in the steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge
- Primarily competed in the 3,000m, posting a season-best time of 8:19.09 at the Princeton Dual
- Took bronze in the Patriot League Indoor Championship in the 5,000m with a season-best time of 14:25.81
- Clocked a time of 4:09.22 in the 1-mile run at the Wesley Brown Invitational
2021 CROSS COUNTRY (at Navy)
- Ran in six races during the 2021 cross country season
- Finished top five in four races, including winning the Army-Navy Star Meet

Outdoor- Primarily competed in the 3,000m steeplechase, registering a top time of 9:21.67 at the Navy Invitational II
- Notched a season-best time of 2:32.30 in the 1,000m at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet, while clocking a top performance of 8:30.40 in the 3,000m against William & Mary
2020 CROSS COUNTRY (at Navy)
- Ran in two races for Navy - finishing top 15 in each
2019-20 TRACK & FIELD (at Navy)
Outdoor- Did not compete during the outdoor season, which was shortened by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19)
- Competed primarily in the 3,000m run, while also participating in the 1-mile run
- Notched a season-best time of 8:37.41 in the 3,000m at the Darius Dixon Invitational, while posting a season-best time of 4:18.69 in the mile at the Navy Invitational II
2019 CROSS COUNTRY (at Navy)
- Competed three times for the Midshipman
- Made collegiate debut at the Salisbury Fall Classic (8/31)
HIGH SCHOOL / PERSONAL
- Four-sport athlete at Butler Area High School as he earned three varsity letters in hockey as a defenseman, three for track, two for golf and two for cross county (XC, golf and hockey all overlapped as fall sports)
- Recorded medalist finishes at the PIAA State Championships in XC, ITF and OTF
- Competed at the 2018 New Balance Outdoor National Championships and finished 11th in the DMR
- Helped Butler finish runner-up at both the 2017 WPIAL Class AAA Cross Country and 2018 WPIAL Class AAA Indoor Track & Field Championships
- Teammates at Butler with Syracuse’s Noah Beveridge (’22)
