2024 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Ran a 13:45.81 in the men's 5K at this year's SEC Outdoor Championships (5/12), bring in a fifth-place finish
- Secured a No. 4 performance for Tennessee in the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19) men's 5k, turning in a time and new PR of 13:42.81
- Kicked off the outdoor season by leading the Vols to a fifth place finish in the men's 10k at the Raleigh Relays (3/29), turning in a time of 28:30.52
- Competed in three meets this season, attained a new PR in the 3,000-meter, and earned a No.4 spot on UT's all-time list
- Ran a 13:55.32 in the men's 5k, placing eighth at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/24)
- Ran a 13:46.46 time in the 5,000-meter at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/10), attaining a No.4 performance in program history
- Made Tennessee track debut at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26) in the 3,000-meter, placing fifth and clocked a new PR of 7:56.78, rising to No. 4 in UT's all-time list
2023 CROSS COUNTRY
- Posted a time of 31:07.1 at the NCAA Championships (11/18)
- Crossed the line at the 30:12.8 mark, in the NCAA D1 South Regional (11/10)
- Registered a time of 23:32.0 at the SEC Championships (10/27), securing a 17th place finish
- Completed first collegiate 8k in 24:15.3 at the XC23 Pre-Nationals (10/14)
- Made Tennessee debut at the Furman Cross Country Invitational (9/16), accomplishing seventh with a time of 18:16.8
2023 TRACK & FIELD (at Sienna)
Outdoor- Ran a personal best in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays (3/24), with a time of 29:46.77
- Won the 10,000 for the third straight year at the MAAC Outdoor Track Championships
- Finished fifth in the 1,500 and part of the 4x800 relay team that took seventh at the ECAC Outdoor Track Championships
- Placed third in the 3,000 at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships
- Part of the 2023 MAAC Champion distance medley relay team
- Ran a personal best in the 3,000 at the Terrier Classic (1/30), with a time of 7:58.09
2022 Cross Country (at Sienna)
- All-MAAC finisher at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a fourth place finish
- Finished 28th at the NCAA Northeast Region Cross Country Championships
- Finished 17th at the 2022 IC4A Cross Country Championships (10/14)
- Placed fifth at the Siena XC Invitational (9/10)

Outdoor- Claimed the 10,000 Individual Championship MAAC Outdoor Track Championships
- Finished fourth in the 1,500 at the IC4A Outdoor Track Championships

- Won both the 3k and 5k individual titles at the IC4A Indoor Track Championships

- Won the 2021 IC4A men's cross country title and earned All-IC4A acclaim at the 2021 IC4A Cross Country Championships (11/20)
- Won the men's 8k at the Siena XC Invitational (9/11)
- Earned All-MAAC honors with a fourth place finish at the 2021 MAAC Cross Country Championships (10/30)
