First UT Athletics Foundation, Inc. Meeting Set for December 5

The first meeting of the Board of Directors of the University of Tennessee Athletics Foundation, Inc. will be held at 9 a.m. on December 5 with members participating virtually.
Action items will include:

Welcome and introduction to UT Athletics Foundation by Board Chair
Appointing of Directors and Officers, adoption of charter and bylaws, approval of retainers for legal counsel and CPA
Introduction of President and President's remarks
