- Tickets purchased for the purpose of resale by an individual or a business may be canceled and refunded at the discretion of Tennessee Athletics. By purchasing or using this ticket, the ticket holder ("Holder") agrees to these ticket terms on behalf of the Holder and any accompanying minor.
- The account holder of record is the only one who can make changes to the account, which includes: address, email, phone, credit card, etc.
- In the case of the death of the account holder of record, the surviving spouse or domestic partner will automatically assume control of the account and the Priority Points on the account. Please notify the Tennessee Fund with a copy of the death certificate so our records are updated on the account.
- For more information on the ticket transfer policy, please see the Tennessee Fund Season Ticket and Priority Point Transfer page
- An individual season ticket holder may request to transfer their tickets to another party permanently. If these seats fall within an area requiring a capital gift commitment, the Tennessee Fund may assess a capital gift commitment to complete the transfer.
- All ticket orders are subject to availability and while supplies last. Tennessee Athletics reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Purchase of season tickets does not create an irrevocable right to purchase season tickets in the exact location in any subsequent season.
- Tennessee Athletics reserves the right to move a season ticketholders’ seat location(s) one seat to the left or right to eliminate multiple single seats in a row. Should this instance occur, the Tennessee Athletics Ticket Office will contact the ticketholder to communicate the move.
- Tennessee Athletics reserves the right to never intentionally leave a single seat or create an "odd" number of seat(s) configuration(s). As an example, should a season ticket holder that currently has 4 tickets wish to drop to 3 total tickets, Tennessee Athletics will work with you on other seat options in order to not intentionally leave a single/odd seating configuration.Â
All individuals, including infants and children of any age, must have a ticket for admission. The Holder is subject to Tennessee Athletics rules and policies available at UTSports.com/Gameday and any additional rules and regulations established for the specified venue or Event.
