- Big 12 Academic-All Conference First Team -- 2015, 2018
- Took second place in the grand finals of the Big 12 Championship, edging out Kansas State and Oklahoma in the final sprint with a time of 6:53.670.
- Took second in the 2V8 Petite Final at the Women’s Sprints in Worcester, Mass. with a time of 7:00.658.
- Rowed the 1 seat in the 2V8 that finished sixth in the 2V8 Final by of the Clemson Invitational with a time of 6:43.11.
- Rowed 1 seat in the 2V8 that posted wins over Kansas and Kansas State at the Big 12 Double Dual.
- Posted a third-place finish in the 2V8+ at the San Diego Crew Classic in the Petite Finals of the Women's Collegiate 2V Jackie Ann Stitt Hungness Trophy with a time of 7:18.899.
- Part of the 2V8+ that posted second-, third- and fourth-place finishes at ORCI with times of 6:26.536, 6:34.854 and 6:24.262 across three sessions.
- Rowed 1 seat in the 2V8 that posted 2nd, 3rd and 4th place finishes over three sessions at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational.

- Rowed seven seat in the 2V8+ that finished third in the Grand Finals of the Big 12 Championship with a time of 6:34.947
- Rowed bow seat in the 2V8+ that finished fourth in the 2V8+ B Final at the Clemson Invitational
- Rowed four seat in the V8+ at the 2016 Head of the Hooch when the boat took fourth place with a time of 16:56.8
- Sat at two seat in the V8+ at the Secret City Head Race when the boat took second place with a time of 18:07.9.
- At the Big 12 Double Dual, rowed three seat in the 1V4+ that posted wins over Old Dominion and West Virginia with times of 7:51.1 and 7:42.2.
- Rowed three seat in the 1V4+ that finished first in the petite finals of the San Diego Crew Classic with a time of 7:38.911
2015-16 - Sophomore
- Tabbed as a CRCA Scholar-Athlete and a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll
- Sat in the second seat for the Collegiate 2V8+ which finished in third place on the podium at the 2016 Big 12 Championship with a time of 6:58.522 in the Grand Final.
- Rowed the second seat of the 2V8+ boat which finished in second place with a time of 6:45.6 at the Tennessee Invitational Conference Clash.
- Sat in the second seat for the 2V8+ squad which took fourth place in three consecutive heats at the Clemson Invitational posting a top time of 6:48.0 on Saturday afternoon.
- Rowed the bow seat of the 1V8+ crew which won their heat and finished second in the Grand Finals of the San Diego Crew Classic as they posted times of 6:57.953 and 7:19.547.
- Sat in the bow seat in the V8+ at the Head of the Hooch when the team took fourth place with a time of 16:35.4

- Varsity letterwinner in both cross country and track & field for four years at Jerome High School

- Field Medic and EMT in the military and deployed in Afghanistan in 2013 and 2014
