CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Named to the 2012 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll
- Earned both the 2012 Vol Scholar Award and the James Snow Award for the Outstanding Academic Vol Freshman for his 3.92 GPA in Material Science
2015 TRACK & FIELD
Indoor
- Appeared in two meets during the 2015 indoor season
- Placed fifth with a 15:34.46 in the 5000 meters at the VT Elite Meet
- Ran a new career-best time of 8:47.63 in the 3000 meters at the Hokie Invitational
- Recorded a time of 15:13.00 in the 5000 meters at the Tennessee Relays
2014 CROSS COUNTRY
- Competed in six events for Tennessee during his senior campaign
- Recorded a career-best 10K time at the NCAA South Regional on Nov. 14, finishing 80th in a time of 32:14.00
- Was Tennessee's fourth finisher in five of six races
- Finished a season-best 48th overall at the Bluegrass Invitational on Sept. 13, running the 8K in 25:29.64
- Finished 63rd at his final career SEC Championships, running the 10K in 26:03.70
- Concludes his Volunteer career with seven finishes inside the top 50, including four inside the top 20, in 23 career races

- Personal best in 5000m at Aggie Invitational finishing fifth in 14:51.03
- Season best of 8:56.75 in 3000m at Virginia Tech Invitational
- Made outdoor debut in the 1500m and 3000m at the Tennessee Challenge 5/3/14
- Personal best of 14:42.79 in 5000m at Penn Relays (4/26/14)
- Improved upon outdoor best in 10,000m two consecutive meets
2013 TRACK & FIELD
Indoors
- Ran unattached at the Virginia Tech Invitational in the 3000m, earning a new career best of 8:54.74 and placing 11th
- Scored a personal best of 14:57.57 in the 5000m at Raleigh Relays
- Ran personal best in 10000m with time of 31:36.59 at Sea Ray Relays
2012 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran sixth for the team and 103rd overall at the NCAA South Regional, navigating the 10K course in a personal best time of 33:10.9
- Finished 8th on the team and 94th overall in 26:27.85 at the 8K SEC Championships
- Scored for the first time as a Vol, finishing 21st in the race and fifth on the team in 16:06.70
- Ran sixth for the Vols and 66th overall in a then-personal best time of 26:11.79 at the 8K Commodore Classic
- Improved his 8K time again at the Brooks Paul Short Run, completing the race in 25:55 to finish in 158th place overall and fifth on the team
- Finished 55th overall and fifth on the team in 27:17.00 at the 8K Crimson Classic

2011 CROSS COUNTRY
- Competed in the SEC Championships, running to an 8K PR of 26:59.74 and a placing of 79th
- Finished 16th overall and seventh on the team at the 8K Tennessee Invitational, logging a then-career-best time of 26:59.92
- Placed 44th overall and ran eighth on the team at the Belmont-VU Opener, logging a 5K time of 16:36.43
HIGH SCHOOL
- Earned all-state acclaim in cross country his final three seasons and was a two-time all-state honoree in track and a four-time award-winner in swimming
- Made all-county all four years in cross country and during his final two seasons on the oval
- Helped Archmere win state cross country team titles in 2007 and 2008
- His career cross country 5K best is 15:39
- PRs on the oval include 9:35.59 for 3200m, 4:20.78 for 1600m and 1:59.08 for 800m
- Member of National, Spanish and Science National Honor Societies
