Indoor
- Indoor best of 1:51.91 in 800m at SEc Indoors to place 18th
- 10th place finish in first indoor running of 400m with time of 47.31
- Personal best of 1:03.26 to win the 500m a Blazer Invitational (1/11)
- Third in 400m at Alabama Relays finishing in 47.13
2013 TRACK & FIELD
Honors - Two-time SEC indoor scorer (m4x400mR, 5th, 3:10.83; mDMR, 5th, 9:56.52)
- Ran with the 4x400mR at the Alex Wilson Invitational, finishing in 3:14.60 to place 16th
- Scored twice at the SEC Championships with both relays placing fifth...Also earned a season best finish in the 800m with a clocking of 1:52.53
- Competed at the Tyson Invitational in the 800m, placing 18th in 1:58.79
- Finished 27th in the College division of the 800m at the Armory Invitational, finishing in 1:55.96...Contributed in the 4x400mR, which finished sixth in 3:14.24
- Ran with the DMR at the Armory Invitational, finishing seventh in 9:56.75...Also contibuted to the 4x400mR[apos]s 14th place finish, running the third leg and helping them to a 3:16.54 clocking
- Ran the 800m at the Texas A&M Mondo Challenge, finishing 14th in 2:00.24
- Returned to the Tennessee team at the Virginia Tech Invitational, winning the 500m in a personal best time of 1:03.65
- Ran prelim time of 46.91 in 400m, 6th overall, at NCAA East Qualifiers
- 1:51.93 800m prelims at SEC Championships, for third overall
- Won 400m at Sea Ray Relays with a time of 47.04
AT REND LAKE
- Spent the 2010-11 school year at Rend Lake Community College, helping that school finish fifth indoors and outdoors nationally
- Was an NJCAA All-American indoors in the 600 meters, finishing fifth at 1:21.05, and outdoors in the 4x400m and 4x800m relays
- He helped the Warriors win the 4x800m relay and take third in the 4x400m relay
- Ran a lifetime-best 46.83 in the 400m to place second at the USATF National Club Track & Field Championships in New York City in July 2011
AT TENNESSEE
Honors - Made SEC Outdoor All-Freshman Team
- Handled third leg of UT[apos]s fifth-place SEC Indoor 4x400m relay tandem, which ran a season-best 3:10.34
- Won the 800m at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational in 1:52.45 on a track he knew well from his prep days
- Finished eighth in the 800m in 1:49.88 at the SEC Championships
- Carded his indoor PR of 1:49.81 in the prelims
- Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round but did not advance
- Member of the No. 4 all-time UT outdoor 4x800m relay unit, which ran 7:20.63 to finish fifth at the Penn Relays
- Same quartet ran 7:28.59 to win at the Sea Ray Relays
HIGH SCHOOL
- Earned All-America honors three times in the 800 meters
- Won state titles in the 800m as a junior and a senior
- Holds 12 school records, including the 400m, 800m and 1,000m
- Holds the New York state record in the 600m and ranks No. 3 all-time among U.S. preps
- Helped team to county championship as a junior
