NORMAN, Okla. – The No. 18 Tennessee men's tennis team is set to continue its SEC road stretch, facing off against No. 26 Oklahoma at 7 p.m. ET on Friday at Headington Family Tennis Center.

LAST TIME OUT
Tennessee (9-4, 0-2 SEC) dropped its first two conference tests against 26th-ranked Mississippi State and No. 54 Georgia. The Vols were competitive on both days but could not gain consistent momentum in singles or doubles play across the two matches.
SCOUTING THE SOONERS
Oklahoma (8-2, 1-0 SEC) is coming off its first win as a member of the Southeastern Conference, taking down Arkansas, 6-1. Last year, the Sooners finished 21-5 and made it to the NCAA Tournament Second Round.
While Friday marks the first time these two schools have played a match with both as members of the Southeastern Conference, there have been multiple showdowns in recent years. In each of the previous two seasons, the Vols defeated Oklahoma to clinch a spot at the ITA Indoor National Championships, with Tennessee earning a 4-1 win in 2024 and 4-3 victory during the 2023 campaign.
