2012-13 - Sophomore
- Awarded a Conference USA Commissioner[apos]s Academic Medal, a honor given to student-athlete[apos]s maintaining a 3.75 GPA or better
- At Conference USA Championships held on Melton Hill Lake, placed second in the V4+ with a time of 7:40.99.
- In the regular season finale, part of the 2V4+ which placed 3rd against Princeton, Dartmouth and Penn with a time of 7:55.5
- In the 2V4 at the Clemson Invitational, earned second with a time of 7:55.0 and third with a time of 7:36.1.
- At The Ohio State Invitational, placed second in both sessions in the 2V8 with times of 7:29.8 and 7:35.20.
- Rowed the 2V4+ to a first place finish with a time of 7 minutes and 38.9 seconds against Louisville
- At the Head of the Hooch in Chattanooga, placed 17th in the pairs race with Sarah Cavins with a time of 21 minutes and 12.7 seconds
- In fall opener at the Chattanooga Head Race placed third with a time of 16 minutes and 54.51 seconds in the Collegiate 8+
- Placed seventh in the Collegiate 4+ in Chattanooga with a time of 20 minutes and 18.59 seconds
2011-12- Freshman
- Lifted the V4+ to a strong regular-season finish at No. 7 Princeton
- Rowed with the 2V8+ at Michigan
- Helped the 2V8+ to a fifth-place finish in the petite finals of the San Diego Crew Classic
- Rowed in 2V8+ at Oak Ridge Invitational, taking one gold and two silver medals
- Also in 2V8+, defeated Central Florida on Lake Pickett
- Won gold in Club 8 at the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta
- Finished seventh in the Collegiate 4 and eighth in the Collegiate 8 at the Chattanooga Head Race
- Finished eighth in the Championship 8 at the Head of the Hooch Regatta
High School
- Graduated from Oak Ridge High School
- Rowed starboard at Atomic Rowing
- Rowed bow seat in the 4+ at the Chattanooga Head Race, as well as 5 seat in the 8+
- Rowed in Atomic Rowing[apos]s club 8 at the Head of the Charles
- Raced in both the 8+ and 4+ at the Secret City Head Race and Head of the Hooch regattas
- Won the Coaches Award in 2010 with Atomic Rowing, was freshman all-district in 2007 in soccer, first all-district in 2008-2009, and first team all-region soccer in 2009
- Was a member of the National Honor Society
Personal
- Majoring in Journalism and Electronic Media
- After graduating, she strives to make movies, primarily documentaries
- What she loves most about rowing at Tennessee is the atmosphere, location, and competitiveness of the team
- She loves the school because there is orange everywhere and the people are friendly
- Outside of rowing, Maddie[apos]s biggest accomplishment was her regional soccer game in 2009 versus Bearden High in double overtime, and winning second place in a video competition
