2019-20 - FRESHMAN
- Rowed one seat in the Novice 8+ A boat that finished second with a time of 19:23.4 at the Secret City Head Race
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Jayne and John Airola
- High school academic honors include Illinois State scholar, National Honors Society, Spanish National Honors Society, honor roll and Ap Scholar with honors
- Involved with Habitat for Humanity, International Club and Augustinian Youth Ministry
- Competed in cross county and track and field during high school
- Majoring in Kinesiology and hopes to have a career in the sports medicine area
- Biggest sports influence is her track and field coach, Katie Pavur because, "She always pushed me to be the best I could be, and harder than I thought possible. She helped me achieve goals that I thought I never would. She was a coach to me on and off the track."
- Chose UT because, "I loved the campus and loved the area."
- Athletic accomplishment she is most proud of is breaking six minutes in the 1600 for track and field and 21 minutes in cross country
- Hobbies include spending time with family and friends, playing with her dogs, reading and outdoor activities
