June 09, 2026 | Rowing
WILMINGTON, Del. -- The CRCA announced its 2026 Scholar-Athletes, with 16 members of the Tennessee rowing program earning recognition.
Â
Of Tennessee's 16 honorees, four competed in the first varsity eight at the NCAA Championships, while six raced in the second varsity eight and two competed in the varsity four.
Â
The recognition marks the sixth consecutive season Tennessee has had nine or more student-athletes named to the organization's Scholar-Athlete list. The 16 honorees also tie the program record set in 2023. Tennessee has produced double-digit CRCA Scholar-Athlete selections in five of the past six years.

To qualify for the honor, student-athletes must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher, be at least a sophomore academically and compete in an NCAA-eligible boat or participate in at least 75% of the season's races.
