DUAL MEET RECAP
- Won the 200y fly against UNC Wilmington (2:08.31)
- Made career best in 400 IM (4:32.31) against Georgia. Earned a pair of fifth-place finishes in the 100 butterfly and 200 butterfly as well in the Lady Vols[apos] upset over the Bulldogs
- Recorded six top five finishes in the 200 butterfly during the regular season, including the win at UNC Wilmington and a second-place finish at Virginia Tech to open the spring semester.
- Made amends for missing the A Final in the 200 butterfly at the SEC Championships as a junior. She reached the top evening final with a season-best time of 1:57.70 in the prelims and placed seventh.
- Also finished 27th in the 100 butterfly (54.72 - season best) and 41st in the 200 IM (2:04.62 - season best)

SEASON RECAP
- Won the 200y fly consolation final the SEC Championships after touching in at 1:59.67. The clocking was a season best and a B-cut time
- Also swam in the 100y fly and 200y IM at the league meet
- Grabbed the top spot in the 500y free and was on the second-place 200y medley relay against UNC-Wilmington
- Placed first in the 200y fly and claimed runner-up in the 1000y free versus South Carolina
- Notched third in both the 100y and 200y fly events in the double dual meet against Indiana and Kentucky
- Swam a leg on the 200y medley relays that placed fourth against Florida and Georgia
- Had a pair of top five finishes against Louisville.

- Qualified for the championship final in the 200y fly at the SEC Championships, notching eighth in the event
- Also claimed 19th in the 100y fly at the league meet
- Registered career-best times in the 100y and 200y fly at the Tennessee Last Chance Meet, including winning the 200y event
- Competed in both fly events at the NCAA Championships in Austin, Texas
- Finished 42nd in the 200y fly and 47th in the 100y fly
- Ranks second on the Lady Vol performers list in the 200y fly and sixth in the 100y fly
- Was a member of the runner-up 200y medley relay quartet against Georgia and individually had a pair of third-place finishes
- Claimed sixth in the 200y fly at Florida and against Virginia

- Captured victories in the 100y fly (24.07) and 200y fly (1:59.85) at the Tennessee Last Chance Meet
- The times rank her third (200y fly) and sixth (100y fly) on the Lady Vol top-10 performers list
- Competed in the 100y fly (12th), 200y fly (17th) and 500y free (30th) at the SEC Championships
- Placed fifth in the 1000y free against Florida
- Finished fourth in the 200y fly and sixth in the 1000y free at Virginia
- Was a member of the 800y free relay team that placed third at the Tennessee Invitational
- Had runner-up finishes in the 200y fly against Kentucky and in the 1000y free at LSU
- Also finished third in the 500y free at LSU and in 200y fly at Louisville
- Named to the SEC Freshmen Academic Honor Roll.
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Touched in at 1:02.18 in the 100m fly to finish 53rd at the 2010 ConocoPhillips USA Swimming National Championships
- Earned All-America honors her last three years at White Station High School
- Competed at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials
- At the 2009 Tennessee High School Swimming and Diving Championships, she placed fifth in the 100y fly and seventh in the 200y IM
- Also picked up a sixth in the 100y fly and a pair of third-place relay finishes at the 2008 state meet
- Was a National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist and a member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL
- Enrolled in the College of Arts & Sciences and part of the Honors Program
- Outside interests include photography, SEC football and basketball
- Biggest thrill in swimming was making the Olympic Trials
- Chose Tennessee over Yale, Davidson and North Carolina
- Has one sister, Chelsea, and two brothers, Blake and Elliott
- Brooke Meredith Watson, daughter of Dennis and Karen Watson, was born Aug. 8, 1991, in Memphis, Tenn.
