KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee track & field competes on Rocky Top this weekend as UT will play host to more than 30 collegiate programs for the 2026 Tennessee Invite. Competition runs Friday and Saturday, April 10-11, at Tom Black Track at LaPorte Stadium.
Admission is free for all spectators, and spectator parking will be available in the Lake Avenue Parking Garage (G11) and Terrace Avenue Parking Garage (G17). Fans are encouraged to view the campus parking map and visit the UTSports.com home meet information page for more details.
MEET SCHEDULE: The 2026 Tennessee Invite will begin Friday morning at 9 a.m. with the women's hammer throw. Running events start at 3 p.m. Friday afternoon with the women's 1,500-meter and conclude at approximately 7:30 p.m. with the men's 5k.
Saturday's action kicks off again at 9 a.m. with the men's hammer, and the home meet will conclude with the men's 4x400-meter relay at approximately 4:45 p.m. The full meet schedule can be viewed and downloaded here.
FOLLOW LIVE: Live results from the Tennessee Invite will be provided by AdkinsTrak Timing Associates throughout the meet. Friday and Saturday's action will be streamed online via SEC Network+, available with TV provider login at espn.com/watch or the ESPN app. Friday's stream will begin at noon ET, and Saturday's broadcast will start at 9 a.m.
WHO'S COMPETING: The Vols and Lady Vols will have 67 total entries this week. Other collegiate programs represented at the meet include Alabama A&M, Ashland, Austin Peay, Bellarmine, Belmont, Bryant & Stratton (Va.), Campbellsville, Capital, Carson-Newman, Cedarville, Chicago State, Claflin, Dayton, Findlay, Huntington, Indiana Tech, Kentucky, King, Lindsey Wilson, Lipscomb, Louisville, Marian (Ind.), Marshall, Middle Tennessee, Milligan, Mississippi College, North Carolina Wesleyan, Oakland, Ohio Northern, Tennessee State, Tennessee Tech, Trevecca Nazarene, Truett-McConnell, Tusculum, Valparaiso, Western Kentucky and Wittenberg.

SENIOR DAY: Tennessee track & field will honor 19 members of its senior class on Saturday with a ceremony scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. The group includes: Harry Barton, John Bruder, Nia Clatworthy, Kendall Ford, Cade Gray, Lauren Jarrett, Kaniya Johnson, Andie-Marie Jones, T'Mars McCallum, Evan Puckett, John Robinson IV, Roddy Schenk, Gavin Schurr, Blake Sifferlin, Caley Sosnowski, Javonya Valcourt, Kaitlyn Vanderkolk, Amelia Wills and Cydney Wright.
RANKINGS UPDATE: After two strong weekends of competition to open the 2026 outdoor season, both Tennessee squads earned top-25 rankings in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) national track & field rating index. The Volunteer women were tabbed No. 13 in the country, while the Vols were slotted 21st.
UP NEXT: Following the home meet, Tennessee will send a split squad to the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational (Gainesville, Fla.) and the Wake Forest Invitational (Winston-Salem, N.C.). Both competitions are scheduled to run Friday and Saturday, April 17-18.
