RALEIGH, N.C. – Lady Vol sophomore Tula Fawbush lowered her personal-best to 10:24.61 in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase Friday at the Raleigh Relays, improving her standing as the No. 3 performer in Tennessee history.

UT closed the night with a pair of Lady Vols recording personal bests in the 5,000-meter. Additionally, post-collegiate Lady Vol Amelia Wills competed unattached in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. The Great Britain product recorded a lifetime-best 10:06.60 to place eighth overall.
UP NEXT: Tennessee will send a group of sprinters, hurdlers, throwers and jumpers to Gainesville, Florida, for the Pepsi Florida Relays. Competition is set for Friday and Saturday, April 3-4, at the University of Florida's James G. Pressly Stadium.
