KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee men's tennis team is set to take on Chattanooga on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. ET in the first outdoor match of the season at Barksdale Stadium.

WHAT A START!
Freshman Shion Itsusaki pushed his combined win streak to five matches after he tallied the third doubles win of his career. Itsusaki is still perfect in his college career with a 5-0 combined record (3-0 in doubles and 2-0 in singles).
SCOUTING CHATTANOOGA
After the Mocs' first six matches were canceled, Chattanooga has started the year winless with losses against Gardner-Webb, 5-2, and Georgia Southern, 6-1.
UT is currently on an 18-game win streak against Chattanooga, with the first victory in the all-time series coming in 1932 in 6-1 fashion.

MILESTONE TRACKER
Ethan Muza picked up his 25th career doubles win by teaming up with Shion Itsusaki to best Michigan's Nicholas Steiglehner and Arnav Bhandari, 6-1.
Sophomore Jose Garcia is one win away from achieving 30 career singles triumphs. Garcia has taken a huge step this season, compiling 10-5 singles record in 2025-26.
The winningest Vol on the team, Alejandro Moreno is three singles wins from 70 on his career. Moreno has an impressive 34-16 singles record in his two years with Tennessee.
