AS A FRESHMAN AT TENNESSEE (2013)
- Saw action in 17 matches for the Lady Vols
- Dished out double figure assists in six matches, including a career-high 21 helpers against Coastal Carolina
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
- Played high school volleyball at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Ariz., where she was a three-year letterwinner and setter
- Earned all-state and all-city honors as a senior with the Firebirds
- Three-time all-region honoree
- Earned MVP honors with the Firebirds all three seasons
- Played club with Arizona Sky, Club Red and Revolution
- Both Arizona Sky and Revolution were ranked as the top team in the state of Arizona while she played
- Also lettered in softball, where she earned MVP honors
- Participated in many extracurricular activities, including Best Buddies, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Principals Sports Council
PERSONAL
- Majoring in journalism & electronic media with a focus in broadcast journalism
- Chose to come to Rocky Top because of the great Lady Vol coaching staff and players, the program[apos]s legacy, and to compete for National Championships
- Lists her favorite hobbies outside of volleyball to be the violin and the piano
- Named Tim Tebow as an athlete she[apos]s modeled herself after, because he outworks everyone, and even with his accomplishments, remains humble and genuine
- Chose the Lady Vols over Pepperdine, San Diego State, Santa Clara and SMU
- The youngest of five very athletic siblings. Her brothers Charles (24) and Chase (22) were both pitchers at UCLA and current members of the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. Has one sister, Ashley (21), who swims at USC, and another brother, Connor (19), who plays quarterback at the University of Texas
- Abigail Katherine Brewer, the daughter of Robert and Deborah Brewer, was born on June 27, 1995 in Phoenix, Ariz.
