2015-16 - Graduate Student
- Earned Big 12 All-Conference Honors.
- Named to the Big 12 Academic All-Conference First Team.
- Tabbed as a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll
- Rowed the fifth seat for the 1V8+ crew which earned a podium spot with a third place finish by posting a time of 6:31.365 at the Big 12 Conference Championship.
- Sat in the sixth position for the 1V8+ crew which finished the Tennessee Invitational Conference Clash in 6:46.1.
- Rowed the third seat for the 1V8+ which posted a top time of 6:50.1 at the Clemson Invitational.
- Sixth position for the 1V8+ crew which took second place in the grand finals of the San Diego Crew Classic with a time of 7:19.547.
- Rowed the second seat in the 4+ Championship Race at the Head of the Charles Regatta when the team took ninth place with a time of 19:03.296
- Sat in the second seat in the V8+ boat at the Head of the Hooch when the team took fourth with a time of 16:35.4 while also sitting in the third seat of the V4+ which finished fifth in 17:56.1
2014-15 - Senior
- Named to the 2015 Academic All-Big 12 Rowing First Team, an honor awarded to student-athlete's maintaining a 3.20 GPA or better
- Landed on the 2015 All-Big 12 Rowing Team
- At the Big 12 Rowing Championships, part of the first varsity eight that finished fourth in the grand finals with a time of 6:57.53
- Against Iowa and UCF, rowed the five seat in the V8+ to a third place finish with a time of 6:46.5
- Rowed the five seat in the First Varsity Eight at the Clemson Invite that had two sixth place finishes and a seventh place finish (6:52.3, 6:51.5 and 7:00.3).
- At the 42nd Annual San Diego Crew Classic, raced in the first varsity eight that narrowly finished in fourth with a time of 6:56.38 in the grand final
- Rowed the seven seat in the Varsity Eight at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational that placed third in three races (6:15.962, 6:11.928 and 6:05.266).
- Part of shell that placed 9th in Women's Open 8+ at Head of the Hooch race with a time of 16:54.7
- Raced in boat during Women's 8+ that won Silver with a time of 18:20.4, earned Silver in Women's Pair with partner Courtney Crossley clocking in at 21:44.4 at the Secret City Head Race.
- At the Chattanooga Head Race, took Gold in Women's College 2- with a time of 20:10.8, part of shell that took Gold in Women's College 4+ with a time of 18:09.8
2013-14 - Junior
- 2014 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll
- Named to the 2013-14 C-USA Honor Roll, an honor awarded to student-athlete's maintaining a 3.0 GPA or better
- Rowed with the Open Four at the 2014 C-USA Championships held on Melton Lake, during the grand finals finished second with a time of 7:48.0
- Part of the Varsity 8+ that placed second against Iowa (6:51.7)
- Placed 4th (9:02.0) and 7th (8:28.0)rowing with the Varsity 4+ on Lake Hartwell at the Clemson Invitational
- Rowed with the Varsity 4+, placing first against UCF with a time of 8:04.2
- Part of the Lady Vols' shell that placed eighth in the women's open 8+ at the Head of the Hooch with a time of 15:55.5
- At Duke part of the shell that placed third in the A Fours competition
- At the Chattanooga Head Race, placed ninth in the collegiate pairs race with teammate Hannah Waddell with a time of 21:40
- Placed sixth in Chattanooga in the collegiate fours event with a time of 19:45.06
2012-13 - Sophomore
- Part of the novice squad
- At the Conference USA Championships held on Melton Hill Lake, part of the Novice 8 "A" boat that placed fifth with a time of 7:14.88
- Rowed the 2nd novice eight boat to a third place finish with a time of 7:26 against Louisville
Personal
- Born on July 18, 1992
- Graduated from Pine-Richland High School in Pittsburgh, Penn.
- Daughter of Tom and Mary Minnock, has 3 sisters, Brianna, Mary, and Noreen
- Her goal after college is to go to medical school and travel the world
- Played basketball and volleyball in high school, also threw shot put and ran cross country
- Was a member of the National Honor Society in high school
