Outdoor- Ran a time of 14:26.72 in the 5,000-meter run at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19)
- Set a new personal best in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:16.59 at the Raleigh Relays (3/28)
- Competed in the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/27) in the one mile run with a time of 4:16.14
- Opened his sophomore campaign at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/2), running the 3k and posting a time of 8:06.77
2023 CROSS COUNTRY
- Crossed the line in 24:56.1 at the Alabama Crimson Classic (10/13)
- Concluded the 6k at the Furman Cross Country Invitational (9/16) with a time of 18:58.1, finishing in the 22nd position
- Finished eighth overall in the season opening race at the Tennessee Cross Country Invitational (9/1), crossing the line in 20:25.6
2023 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Made his first appearance at the SEC Outdoor Championships (5/11) in the 1,500-meter, finishing the event with a personal-best time of 3:46.07
- Opened the season competing in the 5,000-meter at the Raleigh Relays (3/23), finishing with a time of 14:17.51
- Captured SEC gold in the DMR at the SEC Championships (2/25), running the opening 1,200m leg and helping the Vols capture their first men's DMR conference championship since 2007 with a time of 9:32.75
- Placed 12th in the 3k at his first SEC Indoor Championships (2/25), turning in a personal-best time of 8:12.23
- Ran the mile at the Music City Challenge (2/10), pacing to the finish line in 4:04.99 and broke his own Tennessee freshman record
- Set the Tennessee freshman record in the mile in his collegiate debut with a time of 4:05.66 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/21),
2022 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran unattached at the Tennessee XC Dual (9/2), finishing 10th overall and running 21:23.25 over the four-mile course
HIGH SCHOOL
- Three-year letterwinner in track and cross country for Oregon High School in Oregon, Wisconsin
- Competed in the 800m at the Brooks PR Invitational in June 2022 and finished 8th overall with a mark of 1:55.07
- 2022 WIAA State Track & Field Champion in the 800m with a mark of 1:51.51
- Won silver at the 2022 Wisconsin State Indoor Championships with a time of 1:54.78
- Earned a seventh-place finish at the 2021 Wisconsin State XC Championships, completing the 5k course in 15:57.6
