- Broke a PR in the 800-meter at the Tennessee Invite (4/5), clocking a time of 2:07.69 while capturing a gold medal
- Made her outdoor debut, while breaking a PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:25.85 at the Raleigh Relays (3/28)
Indoor
- Competed in five meets for Tennessee this season, setting PB in the 600m, 800m, and the mile
- Finish eighth in the mile at the Music City Challenge (2/10), stopping the clock in 4:44.46 for a new PB
- Broke a PB in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26), with a time of 4:49.92
- Finished with a PB in the 800-meter in 2:08.36 at the Commodore Challenge (1/12), placing second overall
- Clocked a personal-best 600-meter of 1:34.63 in her season debut at the KTCCCA College Opener (12/2), winning her heat and placing fifth overall

- Rounded out her junior season at the SEC Championships (5/12), setting a new personal-best time of 4:26.55 in the 1,500-meter prelims
- Broke her PR in the 800-meter at the Music City Challenge (4/29), running a time of 2:08.72
- Posted a time of 4:31.32 in the 1,500-meter run at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/15)
- In her first outdoor race of the season, ran a time of 4:38.85 in the 1,500-meter at the Raleigh Relays (3/24)

- Appeared at five indoor meets for Tennessee, tallying three top-five finishes
- Ran the opening leg of the DMR at the SEC Championships (2/24) and helped the Lady Vols finish 9th in 11:28.61
- Set two new personal bests in the 800-meter (2:11.14) and the mile (4:51.87) at the Music City Challenge (2/10), including a top-five finish in the 800-meter

- 2019 TSSAA Division II-AA State Champion in the girls' 800m
- Helped Saint Agnes Academy capture back-to-back state titles in the 4x800m relay
