Tennessee Wraps Up Season-Opening Race Against No. 2 Stanford

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – The third-ranked Tennessee rowing team wrapped up season-opening racing against No. 2 Stanford at Melton Hill Lake in Oak Ridge Saturday.

Four countable races took place—1V8, 1V4, 2V8 and a race including 2V4 and 3V4 crews—as well as a Tennessee-only exhibition.

Up next, Tennessee hits the Oak Ridge waters for a second consecutive weekend, as it hosts the first-ever Rocky Top Invite, Friday-Saturday, April 4-5. Teams competing at the event will be Tennessee, North Carolina, Duke, UCF, Minnesota and Clemson.
