Trio of Lady Vols Garner All-SEC Honors

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Three Tennessee volleyball players earned All-SEC honors, the conference announced on Wednesday. Caroline Kerr and Hayden Kubik were both named First Team All-SEC, with middle blocker Zoë Humphrey was named to the All-Freshman Team.
This marks the third-straight year that Kerr has received All-SEC honors. Kerr becomes the first Lady Vol to get all-conference honors in three consecutive seasons since Nikki Fowler did so from 2008-10. Kerr leads the team with 817 assists and 9.84 assists per set, both ranking top ten in the conference. Kerr has 16 matches this season with 30 or more assists, including tying her career high of 57 against Florida on Oct. 15. Kerr is also second on the team in digs with, and has eighth matches with a double-double in 2025. This season Kerr eclipsed the 3,000-assist threshold for her career, becoming the seventh Tennessee player to reach the milestone. Kerr currently has 3,131 career assists, the sixth-most all-time in Tennessee history. Kerr also ranks sixth all-time in career assists per set, checking in at 10.69.
Kubik has had a career year in her final season on Rocky Top. Kubik has career-highs and leads the team in kills (338), kills per set (4.23), points (374), and points per set (4.67). One of the top attackers in the SEC, Kubik seventh in the SEC in kills per set and eighth in points per set. Kubik also sits third on the team in digs with 175 as the West Des Moines, Iowa native earns the first all-conference honors of her collegiate career. Kubik has finished with double-digit kills in 21 matches, including all 15 in conference play. Kubik has three matches where she has had 20-plus assists, including a career-high 27 against LSU on Oct. 3. Kubik also has five double-doubles this season, all coming in conference action.
Humphrey enjoyed a strong first season at Tennessee. The Houston, Texas native finished the regular season ranking second on the team with 67 blocks and added 75 kills. One of the better freshman campaigns for the Lady Vols, Humphrey ranks second amongst Tennessee freshmen with a .400 hitting percentage and fourth at 1.06 blocks per set. Humphrey moved into a starting role in the middle of the season, starting 19 games in 2025 for the Lady Vols. In the 2025 season, Humphrey had 10 matches with four or more blocks and seven matches with five or more kills. Earlier this season, Humphrey earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors following a week where she had nine kills on a .563 hitting percentage and 13 digs.
