KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- VFL Oliver Goss competed in the 2014 Emirates Australian Open over the weekend. Find out how the former Vol finished here.
Former Vol, Oliver Goss competed in the 2014 Emirates Australian Open at the Australian Golf Club in Sydney (November 27-30). Founded in the early 1880's, The Australian Golf Club is one of Australia's oldest and most exclusive golf clubs.
Goss was one of 76 golfers to make the cut. The 2014 Masters Low Amateur carded rounds of 71-72-72-76 to finish 7-over par and in a tie for 38th place.
Jordan Spieth was victorious after posting rounds of 67-72-69-63 to finish 8-under par.

The next step for Goss is the final stage of PGA Web.com Tour Q-School where he will hope to earn his PGA Web.com Tour Card. He qualified for the final stage after finishing T-15th during the second stage at TPC Craig Ranch in November.
Play will consist of six rounds from December 11-16 at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
