Parker Serrano

Parker Serrano was designated as Tennessee's student assistant coach prior to the start of the 2024 season.
Serrano serves as the Vols' first-base coach and his other tasks include assisting with daily practices, creating video for coaches and players to review, developing scouting reports and working UT baseball camps.
The son of former Vols' head coach Dave Serrano (2011-17), Parker spent much of his adolescent life growing up in Knoxville and served as a bat boy for Tennessee as a kid. Serrano played high school baseball at the Christian Academy of Knoxville before spending two seasons playing junior college ball at Roane State Community College (2021-22), where he served as a team captain as a sophomore.
Serrano is now enrolled at UT and is working towards a bachelor's degree in sport management while he transitions into coaching.
