- Graduate Assistant for Operations
Cheri Intveld joined the Tennessee rowing program in August 2015 as an administrative graduate assistant for operations.
Intveld earned her Bachelor's Degree in Family and Community Services from Michigan State University in 2004. After graduation, she moved from her home state of Michigan to North Carolina, where she held several community-focused positions, including working with at-risk youth and as a public servant in city government.
Intveld's passion for sport and its unique ability to bring people together while teaching life skills brought her to UT as a graduate student studying Recreation and Sport Management. She is exploring career opportunities and plans to use her skills and abilities in a sports-related leadership role upon receiving her Master's Degree.
Outside of school, Intveld enjoys outdoor activities of all kinds, including hiking, biking, camping, and walking her dog, Norah.
