SEC MEET RECAP
- Reached the championship final in the 200 butterfly and scored a sixth-place finish (1:56.87)
- Took 15th-place finish in the 100 fly (53.04)
- Also placed 40th in the 200 IM (2:01.82)
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Competed in five collegiate meets and the USA Winter Nationals during the fall semester.Her top times included: 1:55.00 in the 200 free (NC State GAC Invite), 56.92 in the 100 back (North Carolina), 2:08.44 in the 200 back (Vanderbilt), 55.26 in the 100 fly (NC State GAC Invitational), 1:58.80 in the 200 fly (USA Winter Nationals, NCAA B-cut) and 2:07.15 in the 200 IM (NC State GAC Invitational).

- Finished 55th in 100 butterfly and 45th in 200 butterfly
SEC RECAP
- Best finish came in the 200 butterfly, where she took 12th overall in 1:58.36
- Took 22nd in the 100 butterfly (53.94), one of four Tennessee swimmers to score in the race
- Placed 60th in the 200 IM (2:04.67)
2014-15 - SOPHOMORE
SEC RECAP
- Finished the 100 Fly prelims in 29th place in a career-best 53.92
- Finished the 200 Fly prelims in 32nd place in 2:00.71
- Swam a career-best 58.56 in the 100 Freestyle prelims en route to a 56th place finish
- Completed a 200 Fly time trial in 2:03.32
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Opened the season by placing fifth in the 200 Fly at UNCW in 2:14.28
- Made a pair of finals at the 2014 Nike Cup at UNC in the 100 and 200 Fly (finished fourth in the B final of the 200 Fly in 2:01.92
- Swam a 53.43 100 Free split at Texas A&M to help her relay team finish in second place
- Swam the 100 Back for the first time this season at LSU, where she finished in 58.56
- Finished the 100 Fly in third place at Florida (54.55)
- Swam a season-high 1:59.08 in the 200 Fly, swimming below two minutes for the first time in a race win at UF
2013-14 - FRESHMAN
SEC RECAP
- In her first SEC tournament race, Cefal swam a 2:00.68 in the 200-yard Butterfly C Final, good for seventh place
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Competed in all five of Tennessee's meets during the fall semester, focusing primarily on the 100 and 200 butterfly
- Recorded three top-three finishes in the 100 butterfly during the fall, clocking a UT career best of 56.01 against Indiana and Kentucky
- Saved her best fall 200 fly time for last, swimming in 2:02.62 at the Georgia Tech Invitational to round out the semester Competed in the AT&T Winter National Championships, setting two career bests. Swam her first NCAA B-cut time in the 100 butterfly, finishing 19th in 53.95. Also swam first collegiate 200 fly under two minutes in 1:59.72.
- Placed 3rd in 200 butterfly against Missouri and Virginia Tech, posting a time of 2:06.20
- Competed in 100 butterfly (56.83) and 200 butterfly (2:01.87) against Georgia, placing 6th in both events
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Ranked 21st nationally and the top swimmer out of the state of Oregon by collegeswimming.com
- Competed at the 2012 US Olympic Swimming Trials, finishing 29th in the 200 butterfly
- Named to the 2012-13 USA Swimming Junior National Team
- Swept the 100-meter (59.31) and 200-meter (2:10.35) butterfly titles at the 2012 Summer Junior Nationals
- Named to the junior national team to compete in the FINA World Cup Series
- Named the 2012 Oregon female swimmer of the year
- Competed on the club level as part of the Tualatin Hills Swim Club
