- Threw four innings and struck out seven batters in his last performance for the Volunteers in the College World Series Finals against Texas A&M (6/23) en route to the first National Championship in program history..
- Turned in a vintage outing on the mound for the Vols during a win over South Carolina (5/17), posting four strikeouts while allowing just one earned run over six innings of work to earn his eighth victory this year
- Got the win against Vanderbilt (5/11) to improve to 7-2 on season; Also finished his outing with six strikeouts
- Allowed just two runs on six hits with eight strikeouts in 7.1 innings of work to improve to 6-1 on the year; Also held the Tigers scoreless through seven innings
- Gave the Vols another quality start and earned the win against LSU (4/13) to improve to 5-1 on the year; Had five strikeouts and scattered eight hits but was able to work out of trouble on numerous occasions, giving up just one unearned run in 6.2 innings of work.
