Eleven Lady Vol Swimmers Qualify for NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS -- The NCAA released its selections for the upcoming NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships on Wednesday, with 11 Lady Vol swimmers qualified for the meet which will take place March 18-21 at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
At the 2025 NCAA Championships, the Lady Vols finished 5th overall. It marked the first time in program history that the program had consecutive top five finishes at NCAAs, and was their eighth-straight top ten finish.
Five swimmers will compete in three events at this year's NCAA Championships. SEC Champion in the 50, 100, & 200 Free Camille Spink earned the automatic spot for Tennessee in each event and will look to continue her successful season in Atlanta. Spink leads the nation with the fastest time in the 50 Free with a 20.87. The junior ranks top ten nationally in the 100 and 200 Free as well, sitting fourth and eighth respectively. Ella Jansen has also qualified for the team in three events at this year's NCAA Championships, with the sophomore competing in the 500 Free, 200 Fly, and 400 IM. Jansen secured her spot in the 400 IM at the SEC Championships, taking the automatic qualification spot by winning gold in the event.
Jillian Crooks earned her place in the 100 Back by taking gold in the event at the SEC Championships. Crooks will join Spink in her other two events at this year's NCAAs in the 50 and 100 Free. Emily Brown will join Jansen in the same three events in Atlanta, competing for Tennessee in the 500 Free, 200 Fly, and 400 IM. First-year Mizuki Hirai is the final Lady Vol to qualify in three events, with the Kariya City, Japan native qualifying in the 100 Free, 100 Back, and 100 Fly.
McKenzie Siroky qualified for Tennessee in both the 100 and 200 Breast for the second consecutive year. Siroky took home the silver medal for Tennessee in the 100 Breast at the SEC Championships and earned All-America status at last year's NCAA Championships in both events. Emelie Fast joins Siroky in the 100 and 200 Breast at the NCAA Championships. Fast earned All-America honors in the 100 & 200 Breast at the 2024 NCAA Championships and ranks in the top 20 nationally in the 100 Breast this season. Emily Armen will make her first appearance at the NCAA Championships for Tennessee, with the sophomore qualifying in the 100 and 200 Free. Lexi Stephens will make her first appearance in the NCAA Championships, qualifying in the 100 and 200 Back.Â
Rounding out the list for the Lady Vols are Regan Rathwell and Simone Moll. Rathwell competed in both events at the 2025 NCAA Championships, earning All-American honors in the 100 Back while posting a personal best time in the event that ranks seventh in program history. Moll will represent Tennessee in the 100 Breast, an event she took the bronze medal in last month at the SEC Championships. One of the top collegiate swimmers in the event this season, Moll will head into the meet with the 16th-best time in the nation.
Starting on Sunday, three Lady Vol divers will look to punch their ticket to NCAAs as they compete in the Zone B Diving Championships. The meet starts on Sunday, March 8 and runs through Wednesday, March 11, in Athens, Ga.
