BELLEAIR, Fla. – Tennessee women's golf will commence its postseason play in Belleair, Florida, competing in the SEC Championships
Hosted for the second time at Pelican Golf Club, the tournament will feature three rounds of stroke play from Monday through Wednesday, followed by match play in the quarterfinals and semifinals on Thursday and in the final round on Friday. Following 54 holes of stroke play competition, the top eight teams will advance to the quarterfinals.
The Lady Vols posted four top-four team finishes this spring, including a 19-under performance at the Clemson Invitational. Additionally, UT enters the postseason with an overall record of 76-34-4.
THE LADY VOLS' LINEUP
Manassanan Chotikabhukkana
The junior enters the SEC Championships with four top-15 finishes and a 73.12 season scoring average. Most recently, Chotikabhukkana tied for eighth at the Tennessee Spring Challenge.
Kyra Van Kan
The freshman currently holds a 72.88 season scoring average along with five top-25 showings, including a podium finish at the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational.
Sofie Engeseth
Engeseth was Tennessee's highest finisher at the Tennessee Spring Challenge after she shot 1-over overall to secure a sixth-place finish.
Martina Lopez-Lanchares
The sophomore enters the postseason with a 74.71 average and three top-25 finishes.
Bailey Davis
The senior is coming off her fifth top-25 finish of the season after tying for 20th at the Tennessee Spring Challenge.
