Â
All meet information, including schedules, tickets, heat sheets/results, streaming links, parking and fan policies, can be found on the 2025 SEC Swimming & Diving Championships Central page. Every session of the meet will be streamed on SEC Network+, and fans can also follow along with live results by using the Meet Mobile app.
Â
Competition kicks off Monday with the women's 1-meter event. Tuesday begins with men's 3-meter followed by the 200 medley relay and 800 free relay. Individual swimming starts Wednesday with the 500 free, 200 IM and 50 free. Women's 3-meter and the 200 free relay will also occur that day.
Â
The back half of the week opens with the 400 IM, 100 fly and 200 free followed by men's 1-meter on Thursday. Friday's slate features the 200 fly, 100 back, 100 breast, women's platform and 400 medley relay. The championships come to a close Saturday with the 200 back, 100 free, 200 breast, 1650 free, men's platform and 400 free relay.
Â
Based on top times and scores from the season, Tennessee is projected to win 25 medals. The Lady Vols rank inside the top three in 13, while boasting the top time entering the meet in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyles as well as the 200 breast. The Vols are projected to bring home 12 medals, including being favored to win a title in the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay and 400 medley relay.
Â
While many factors could be taken into consideration with medaling, the Lady Vols entered the last two championship meets projected to win single-digit medals and came out well above the projections, claiming 14 instead of eight in 2023 and a staggering 18 compared to the projected seven in 2024.
Â
The strength of both teams revolves around its top-tier talent in the sprint freestyles as well as relays. The men are led by World Champion and NCAA Champion Jordan Crooks, who is looking to claim his fourth straight SEC title in the 50 free—a feat that has never happened in SEC history. He owns the top time nationally from the NCAA regular season in the 50 free, 100 free and 200 free. Olympian Gui Caribe solidifies the best sprinting duo in the country, ranking second in the SEC and top-4 nationally in the 50 and 100 frees this year.
Â
On the women's side, Camille Spink is SEC leader in the 50 free, 100 free and 200 free. As a freshman last season, she swept the 50 and 100 frees, while finishing second in the 200 free. The last time someone won those three events in the same meet was Georgia's Kara Lynn Joyce in 2007. If she defended her titles from last year, she would be the first swimmer to accomplish that feat since former Lady Vol great and Olympic medalist Erika Brown did it three years in a row (2018-20).
Â
All 10 Tennessee relays are projected to medal next week. Since 2022, the Lady Vols medaled a combined 13 times in the relays, including two golds won, while the Vols brought home hardware 12 times—also with two golds.
Â
But those aren't the only stars on the rosters. Tennessee also returns 5-time SEC breaststroke champion and Olympic bronze medal winner Mona McSharry, who missed the fall season but came back this spring. Fellow Lady Vol McKenzie Siroky will be pushing McSharry in both events, as the freshman owns the best time in the conference in the 200 breast and ranks third in the 100 breast.
Â
Josephine Fuller boasts six individual medals throughout her career at the meet and once again is primed for success. Olympian Martin Espernberger will look to defend his SEC title in the 200 fly on the men's side. In total, nine different Vols and Lady Vols have won individual medals at SECs before.
Â
After next week, Tennessee turns its sights on NCAA competitions. The NCAA Zone B Diving Championships will be March 9-12 followed by the women's NCAA Championships on March 19-22 and the men's championships on March 26-29.
