Vols in the NFL – Week 11

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Several former Tennessee standouts delivered strong performances across the NFL in Week 11, headlined by impactful outings from James Pearce Jr., Jauan Jennings, and Byron Young.
Rookie EDGE James Pearce Jr. continued his strong run with Atlanta, recording a sack, two tackles and three quarterback hits in his third career start on Sunday against Carolina. Pearce Jr. has now started back-to-back games and has recorded a sack in consecutive weeks.
Out west, Jauan Jennings provided a reliable target for the 49ers, hauling in four receptions for 54 yards as they rolled to a 41-22 win over Arizona. Byron Young also shined for the Los Angeles Rams, tallying six tackles and a quarterback hit in a 21-19 victory over Seattle.
Elsewhere around the league, Cedric Tillman added three catches for 52 yards for Cleveland, while Darnell Wright and Cade Mays logged full workloads anchoring their respective offensive lines.
