Fans should add tickets and parking to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet account before leaving home to avoid relying on WiFi connectivity on or near campus. Ensure that the mobile device has a good charge and turn the screen brightness to its highest level prior to scanning at the gate or parking lot. Print at Home PDF tickets are no longer issued or accepted for entry at any Tennessee Athletics venues. Screenshots of tickets will not scan at the gate and will not allow entry.

Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket. Learn more about Terms and Conditions.
No re-entry. Fans cannot leave the stadium and be readmitted. All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity as fans enter the stadium and once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be reused by another guest.
If fans have difficulty or issues with ticket scanning, please visit the ticket office locations at Gates 21 or 23 for assistance. Please be aware that tickets purchased from other resale marketplaces (including StubHub, Vivid Seats, Craigslist, eBay and ticket brokers) are not guaranteed as valid for entry into the stadium.
Gameday Ticket Sales and Pre-Purchased Tickets (Will-Call) Locations:
- Gate 21 open four (4) hours prior to kickoff
- Gate 23 open two (2) hours prior to kickoff
Tickets purchased through the Visiting Team and Tickets provided to guests of Visiting Team can be picked up at Gate 2 once Visiting Team staff arrives at stadium two (2) hours prior to kickoff.
General Ticketing Policies & Information:
- Tickets may be revoked by management at any time, including, but not limited to, if the user is disruptive, endangers others or uses vulgar, threatening or demeaning language or engages in prohibited activity, including smoking/vaping.
- No refunds, exchanges or re-admissions are permitted.
- Users should note that the Event may be rescheduled without prior notice and that the User assumes all risks of injury, illness, or death at the Event.
- There is no obligation to replace lost or stolen tickets, and tickets obtained from a source other than the UT Ticket Office or its authorized agents may not be honored.
- Ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion, contests, or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the University of Tennessee or SEC.
- Commercial solicitation in front of Neyland Stadium from Middle Way Drive to Gate 10 is prohibited starting four hours before kickoff and continuing until the game is over.
- User grants the University and its conference, the SEC, non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual right and license to use (and to sub-license) the use of his or her name and likeness, if it is included in any broadcast, photograph or other media of the Event.
- Additional terms and conditions governing the use of the ticket are posted on SECsports.com and are incorporated herein by reference. Using this ticket, the user agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions.

Visiting Neyland Stadium
Fan Services
First Aid (Defibrillators/AEDs)
Four first-aid stations are provided by The University of Tennessee Medical Center which are located in the following areas of Neyland Stadium:
- Lower-level concourse outside Section X3 (inside Gate 21)
- Lower-level concourse outside Section Q (inside Gate 9)
- Upper level concourse outside of Section II
- Upper level concourse outside of Section XX4
The first-aid stations are staffed by paramedics, nurses, EMTs and other qualified medical personnel under the supervision of a medical director. Trained first-aid teams are also positioned throughout the stadium. If you need medical assistance, please notify the nearest medical team. If you cannot locate a team, a law enforcement officer or usher will guide you to the closest first-aid station.
Fan Information Centers
Fan Information Centers open four hours before each game and are located outside Gate 21 and in Toyota Volunteer Village. After kick-off, a Fan Information Center is open inside Gate 21.
Fan Text Message System
Fans needing assistance inside Neyland Stadium can contact the event management staff by texting the message VOLS to 865-974-9898 with a description of your issue or incident and your location within the stadium, including the section, row and seat number. You will receive a reply indicating your message was received and help is on the way. Standard SMS rates apply.
The Fan Text Message System operates three hours prior to kick-off until 1 hour post-game.
Water
There are water fountains throughout Neyland Stadium near the following sections:
- Level 1: Sections B-C, D-C, G, I-J, K-L, O, Y8
- Level 2: Sections C, D, I, K, N, R, U
- Level 3: Sections NN, II, QQ, XX1, XX2, YY6, YY7, ZZ10, ZZ11, ZZ13 and Terrace 3 and 5
Lost & Found
Lost articles may be turned in at the Gate 21 elevators.
Items will then be turned over to the Athletic Event Management Office at 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way Suite 230, where they may be retrieved Monday following each game upon calling (865) 974-1205.
Nursing Mothers
Mothers seeking a private area to nurse or pump are encouraged to visit the First Aid station near the Vol Shop in Section X1 on the northwest corner of the stadium.
Elevators
ADA elevators are located at Gates 15, 21 & 26 in Neyland Stadium and begin operating two hours prior to kickoff.
Segway devices are not permitted in Neyland Stadium on football game days.
I.D.-A-FAN
In case you get separated from your family or friends, please plan ahead to have two designated meeting places, one inside the stadium (such as your gate, seat or favorite concession stand) and another outside the stadium (such as a predetermined landmark like The Torchbearer or a parking space). If you need assistance, contact the nearest usher or police officer.
Tennessee Athletics provides the I.D.-A-Fan service to reduce the amount of time a child and parent could be separated in the game day crowd. The I.D.-A-Fan bracelet contains contact information for a child's parent or guardian and seat location in case of separation within the stadium. Bracelets are available free at the Fan Information Center inside Gate 21.

Merchandise and apparel kiosks are located throughout Neyland Stadium. Please note, all merchandise stands are cashless. Current locations are:
- New Era - Top of the North ramp near Sections ZZ12 & ZZ13
- Official Team Shop - Tent in Vol Village, Gate 10 entrance, inside Gate 21, outside Gate 23 and outside the Tickle Building.
Concession Stands
Concessions Stands are located throughout each concourse inside Neyland Stadium. See the Concession Stand Webpage for specific specialty stand locations. Please note that all concession stands are cashless. If interested in working a concession stand please contact Aramark Concessions 865-974-1204.
Food Vendors
Food vendors are located in Toyota Volunteer Village across from Circle Park. Student Union dining facilities are also open on game days.
Guidelines for Neyland Stadium
The following guidelines apply to all Tennessee events at Neyland Stadium:
- All fans regardless of age must have a ticket for admission to Neyland Stadium.
- Per Southeastern Conference policy, no pass-out checks (re-entry) are allowed. In the event of inclement weather, please retain your digital ticket for readmission. If the stadium is cleared due to inclement weather, you may reenter the stadium with your digital ticket. Everyone will again be subject to search.
- This ticket is a revocable license for the ticket holder to gain admission to an event sponsored by Tennessee Athletics. The University of Tennessee reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any patron from the event venue at any time, for any reason permitted by law.
- Starting this fall, Neyland Stadium is now a cashless venue. Fans should be prepared at all concession stands, Vol Shop or any retail locations within Neyland Stadium
- Incidents involving lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will be addressed at the Ticket Office with the season ticket holder of record only. Photo identification is required.
- Dates and times on game tickets are subject to change.
- University policies and state and federal laws will be in effect.
- The violation of any rules may prevent admission to a Tennessee Athletic event, removal from an event, and jeopardize the violator's admission into subsequent Tennessee Athletic events, including the forfeiture of season tickets and the ability to purchase single-game tickets as noted in the Terms and Conditions.
- In the spirit of sportsmanship, fans shall adhere to the UT and SEC Fan Code of Conduct.
Entry & Gate Information
- Gates to Neyland Stadium open two (2) hours before kickoff.
- Fans experiencing any issues entering the stadium should ask to speak to the gate supervisor.
- Please carefully read the full Permitted & Prohibited Items list before entering Neyland Stadium.
- UT has a clear bag policy for all athletic events. Review approved bags above or click here for a full description of the clear bag policy.
- No other bags will be allowed inside. All items, including clear bags and clutch purses, are subject to search at the gates. No items can be left or stored at the gates.
- Medically necessary items/equipment must be searched when entering the stadium. These checks can be done at any gate. Fans should notify security staff at the gate for verification and screening upon entry. This includes outside food and beverage needed for a medical purpose..
- Diaper bags are not a medically necessary item. All diaper bag supplies should be carried in a clear bag.
Gate List
Neyland Stadium has 26 gates, which are numbered in order clockwise around the stadium.
Stadium seating is numbered from left to right, and tickets designate section, row and seat number.
Seat 1 will be on the left when facing the seats from the field.
Please have your digital ticket or ticket stub any time you are away from the seating area.

Parking, Traffic and Shuttles

General Information
Tailgating activities and equipment are permitted on football game days, in designated areas of campus, before, during, and after games. Tailgating is not permitted overnight.
Game day parking for all lots surrounding Neyland Stadium is reserved for pass holders. Donors who have previously requested and paid for parking permits will receive their passes with season tickets before the season.
There is limited paid public parking on campus along Volunteer Boulevard between Todd Helton Drive and Cumberland Avenue. These ParkMobile spots cost $60.
Improperly parked vehicles or those found in a restricted area will be towed at the owner’s expense. Towed vehicles may be claimed by contacting Parking & Transportation Services at 865-974-3588 from 8 am to 4 pm (or kickoff – whichever is earlier) to schedule a time to retrieve the vehicle.
Shuttles from parking lots to stadium area begin three (3) hours prior to kickoff.
- Stephenson Drive (SDMH and Lot 14) - Unload and pick up on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive
- Kingston Pike Bldg (KPB40) - Unload and pick up on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive
- Ag Campus (AG) - Board buses on Joe Johnson, next to the CVM Teaching and Learning Center; unload and pick up at the Volunteer Boulevard Garage next to Stokely Hall
- Accessible/Lift Shuttle - Board at the Business Incubator Building at 2450 E.J. Chapman Drive; unload and pick up from the Student Union Loading Dock
Shuttles begin returning to parking areas with 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter until all campus football operations have ceased.
Football Donor and Accessible Parking Map
Traffic Flow
Starting at 5 AM ET, Peyton Manning Pass and Phillip Fulmer Way from Cumberland Avenue to Lake Loudoun Boulevard will be closed to all vehicle traffic. Only vehicles with permits for Lot 9/9B & Middle Drive will be allowed to turn onto Phillip Fulmer Way from Cumberland Avenue. NO vehicles will be permitted access to Lot 9/9B down Peyton Manning Pass & only approved/commercial vehicles will be permitted up Phillip Fulmer Way from Lake Loudoun Boulevard.
Due to the Vol Walk and the band march, Volunteer Boulevard from east Andy Holt Avenue to Pat Head Summitt Street to Lake Loudoun Boulevard is closed to vehicular traffic for approximately 30 minutes beginning five minutes before the scheduled start time for the Vol Walk. Parking permit holders for lots in this area should arrive two hours prior to kick-off in order to avoid traffic and pedestrian congestion.

Fans with gameday parking permits can use interactive directions to find the most efficient, real-time directions to their specific assigned parking location. Please use the below link(s) to access directions to your lot or garage!

Taxis/Uber/Ridesharing
Pick Up and Drop Off Location- Circle Drive on the Hill.
Vehicles will enter from Cumberland Ave and proceed up the Hill for fans who need to depart. Police will open the ride-share area during the 4th quarter and is limited in the number of vehicles.

Off Campus Parking/Shuttles/Transit
Public parking options near campus:

- • City of Knoxville on-street parking in the neighborhoods around campus (Payment with the Park Mobile App.
Public parking is available in downtown Knoxville garages and lots. Prices range from $3 to $60 for cars. Metered locations cost $40.
Fans can choose to ride a Knoxville area transit bus to campus. A day pass costs $2, and three routes can take fans to Cumberland Avenue. KAT will offer two shuttles for the game that begin three hours before kickoff from the following locations:
- Civic Coliseum
- Market Square/Krutch Park

Each shuttle is $10 round trip per person. Additional parking fees may apply.
Shuttle tickets will be available for purchase only through KAT’s free official app, Transit. After purchasing shuttle tickets, do not activate them until just before you board the shuttle on game day. Day passes can also be purchased through the Transit app.
All shuttles that previously dropped off at Circle Park will now drop off on Volunteer Boulevard at the Stokely Garage (G16).

RV Parking
RV parking on campus is reserved for University donors and a permit is required. There is no general public RV parking on campus.
The City of Knoxville RV parking options are sold out for the football season.

Accessible Parking
Limited accessible parking on the UT Institute of Agriculture campus is first-come, first-served. There are approximately 150 spaces. A football parking pass is not required; however, a valid accessible parking placard or license plate is required.
An accessible shuttle will drop fans off at the Student Union loading dock beginning three hours before kickoff. The shuttle will run for one hour after the game.
Once UT ADA/accessible parking is full we refer guests to the Civic Coliseum (500 Howard Baker Jr Ave, 37915). There is NO fee for Civic Coliseum accessible parking. KAT buses have an ADA shuttle service to campus with a $10 per person fee. Visit Civic Coliseum Parking.

Pregame Road Closures
Starting at 5 AM, Peyton Manning Pass and Phillip Fulmer Way from Cumberland Avenue to Lake Loudoun Boulevard will be closed. Fans with a parking permit for Lot 9/9B or Middle Drive can turn onto Phillip Fulmer Way from Cumberland Avenue. Cars cannot enter Lot 9 from Peyton Manning Pass. Only approved/commercial vehicles will be permitted up Phillip Fulmer Way from Lake Loudoun Boulevard.
Fans with a parking permit for the G10 Garage can enter from Neyland Drive. Cars cannot enter G10 from Phillip Fulmer Way.

Public Bus Parking
Groups traveling to Neyland Stadium via charter or school bus may park on Todd Helton Drive behind Lindsey Nelson Stadium. Please email the UT Transportation office at transit@utk.edu in advance of gameday and let us know:

There is no public bus parking available on Phillip Fulmer Way or Chamique Holdsclaw Drive.

Scooters
City of Knoxville Electric Scooters are not permitted within the “UT Ride Zone” on football gameday. Scooters will be prohibited from entering road closures.
Accessibility / ADA
Parking
Football Season Ticket Holder ADA/Accessible Parking:
The UT Athletic Department makes assignments to its Tennessee Fund donors including individuals requiring accessible parking. Individuals attending UT football game who do not qualify for Tennessee Fund accessible parking through the UT Athletic Department may apply for accessible parking through the UT Parking and Transportation Services Office.
Please note that this type of accessible parking is limited and requires documentation of a valid accessible parking placard/license plate and current season football tickets. Accessible parking is not available for donor-only lots unless a valid permit for that specific lot is presented.
General Public ADA/Accessible Parking:
Limited Free ADA/accessible parking is available on the UT Institute of Agriculture campus on a first-come, first-served basis and a valid accessible parking placard or license plate is required.
A free, fully accessible shuttle service to the Student Union Loading Dock beginning three (3) hours prior to kick-off and running one-hour post-game.
The accessible shuttle picks up at the Business Incubator Building at 2450 E.J. Chapman Dr.
Football shuttles begin returning to parking areas with 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.

Gameday Activities

The Vol Walk
The Vol Walk -- the football team's walk to Neyland Stadium -- begins 2 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff at the Torchbearer statue in Circle Park on Volunteer Drive. It continues down Peyton Manning Pass before turning left on Phillip Fulmer Way and into the stadium through Gate 21-A.

Band March
The Pride of the Southland Band makes its way the stadium beginning 1 hour and 30 minutes before kickoff.
The band marches up Volunteer Boulevard down Peyton Manning Pass and then onto Phillip Fulmer Way, stopping to "Salute the Hill" before marching into the stadium through Gate 21-A.

Volunteer Village
Make sure you visit Vol Village presented by Toyota before football games this year for a whole new fan experience. It’s FREE for all fans with or without a game ticket. There will be live music, activities for everyone of all ages, food trucks, and more. You won’t want to miss out on stopping by a reimagined, Vol Village, located in a great spot to see the Vol Walk and the Band March just across from Circle Park.

Truly’s Tailgate
Located outside Gate 9, Truly's Tailgate has expanded with Texas Roadhouse for fans to enjoy pregame and throughout the game. Fans can stop by for food and drinks. For any game starting later than noon ET, Truly’s will open four hours prior to kickoff. For a noon ET kickoff, the tailgate will open at 9 a.m. Truly’s will stay open throughout the game, giving fans in the south concourse a variety of food, drinks and additional restroom options. Truly’s will close at the end of the third quarter.

The Vol Network’s Big Orange Countdown is hosted by Ramon Foster, Jayson Swain and Brent Hubbs. Begins two and a half hours before kickoff and airs on the Vol Radio Network
Volunteer Gameday
A live, one-hour television show originating on-site from the stadium. The in-depth preview and football atmosphere show airs two hours prior to kickoff and will be hosted by Keith, VFL Heath Shuler and WVLT-Knoxville's Brittany Tarwater. Volunteer Gameday will be available on Knoxville flagship TV station WVLT and across the state on the new Tennessee Valley Sports Network (TVSN).
