Tennessee Releases 2024 Cross Country Schedule

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – First-year head coach Justin Duncan announced Tennessee's men's and women's cross country schedule for the 2024 campaign on Friday.
The calendar features four races during the regular season, opening at home with the Tennessee Cross Country Invitational on Friday, August 30. The home meet will be run at the Cherokee Farms Cross Country Course.
The Vols and Lady Vols' second competition of the season takes place Sept. 27 at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Florida. With Florida State hosting the NCAA South Regional in November on the same course, the race will serve as a preview for the Big Orange.
The squad will split for the final weekend of the regular season with the men competing in the Crimson Classic in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on Oct. 18. The women head north that weekend as they race in the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals in Madison on Oct. 19.
The SEC Championships begin the postseason for UT with Texas A&M hosting the conference showcase in Bryan-College Station, Texas, on Nov. 1.
NCAA South Region Championships are scheduled for Nov. 15 in Tallahassee as teams compete to qualify for the NCAA National Championships. The national meet is slated for November 23 in Madison.
