Tennessee Heads to Auburn Diving Invitational

AUBURN, Ala. – Tennessee diving kicks off its first of two winter invites this season with the Auburn Diving Invitational on Dec. 18-21.

The competition is free to the public, and fans unable to attend can watch on SEC Network+. Live stats will be available on DiveMeets.

The Big Orange will be facing off against the host Tigers, Florida State, George Washington and Utah. Seven Vols and Lady Vols will be competing throughout the week between three traditional events (1-meter, 3-meter, platform) as well as the team event.

Four of Tennessee's divers spent the weekend competing at the 2024 USA Diving Winter National Championships. Nick Stone and Owen Redfearn were both national finalists on platform, with Stone taking 11th followed by Redfearn in 12th. Bennett Greene was 14th on 3-meter, while Maddie Reese finished 19th on platform.

Greene has already been recognized twice by the conference office this year, winning SEC Diver of the Week after the Tennessee Invitational and SEC Freshman of the Week following UT's meet against Louisville. The Knoxville, Tenn., native boasts three event wins this year, including a perfect 2-0 record on 3-meter.
