Lucia Polo will be the first Vol off the tenth tee box at 9:09 a.m. ET. Blakesly Warren, Shannon Brooks, Emmie Pietila and Anna Newell will tee off after her in nine minute increments: 9:18, 9:27, 9:36 and 9:45 respectively.
