Season Opener- The Lady Vols will kick off their 2014 fall season at the 28th annual Furman Fall Classic on Friday, September 26
- Co-Head Coaches Mike Patrick and Sonia Hahn-Patrick enter their 18th season at the helm of the women's tennis program. Mike Patrick is in his 28th year as a head coach of the Lady Vols
Team Update
- The Lady Vols are a youthful team with six sophomores, one junior and two seniors. They are led by seniors Joanna Henderson and Caitlyn Williams as well as sophomore Eve Repic. Each of them were ranked in the Preseason ITA Rankings
- The Lady Vols will be without Williams and Repic during the tournament in addition to sophomore Ambika Pande
Ranked Opponents
- The Lady Vols will go up against talented teams this weekend at the Furman Fall Classic. The tournament will host three teams who finished last season ranked in the top 15: Alabama (6th), Vanderbilt (11th) and Clemson (13th)
- The tournament also host the No. 1 ranked doubles team in the Preseason ITA Rankings with Erin Routliffe and Maya Jansen from Alabama
