Megan Henderson joined the Tennessee Fund in June 2025 and currently serves as the Assistant Athletics Director of Stewardship, Signature Events and Donor Experience.
Prior to joining the Tennessee Fund, Megan served as Director of Conferences for UT Conferences and Event Services, where she led campus-wide event initiatives and collaborated with internal and external partners to plan and manage their events. She was with UT Conferences for 18 years and her professional background includes extensive experience in event strategy, client relations, event technology and attendee engagement.
Originally from Jacksboro, Tennessee, Megan earned her undergraduate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2008 and her Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business in 2019. A proud three-sport season ticket holder for Baseball, Basketball and Football, she is excited to blend her love of events with her passion for UT Athletics!
