Marcus Needham joined the Tennessee Fund team in May 2025 as Assistant Director of Development, Strategy & Analytics.
Marcus comes from Salt Lake City, Utah, where he earned his Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Utah. While at Utah, he interned with the Athletics Department as a Performance Analyst, focusing on tracking athlete performance through data visualization and predictive modeling. He also held data analyst roles with local Utah-based companies, including O.C. Tanner, where he supported internal operations by delivering business insights.
Originally from Logan, Utah, Marcus earned his undergraduate degree in Information Systems from Utah State University. While at USU, he met his wife, Abby, a fellow Aggie graduate.
