Mac Fisher joined the Vols in August of 2025 and serves as the primary contact for the Lady Vols Women’s Tennis program, as well as handling secondary contact duties for the Volunteers Men’s Basketball program. Fisher arrived in Rocky Top after three years with the Athletic Communications office at the University of Florida.
In 2024-25, Fisher completed a post-graduate internship, serving as the Communications director for the Gators Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country programs. He oversaw the promotion of 12 all-conference athletes and 18 All-American performers.
Fisher served as the lead Football communications intern for the 2024 season, responsible for select player media obligations and gameday duties, as well as award nominations and award-related releases. He spearheaded promotional campaigns for Ray Guy Award Semifinalist Jeremy Crawshaw and 2024 Mannelly Award winner and All-SEC second-team selection, Rocco Underwood.
In 2023-24, He served as the primary contact for Florida’s Men’s Tennis program, promoting first-year Head Coach Adam Steinberg along with SEC All-Freshman and All-SEC Second-team honorees Jeremy Jin and Aidan Kim.
A native of Greenacres, Fla., Fisher studied at the University of Florida, graduating in the Spring of 2024 with a B.S. in Sport Management. At UTK, he is pursuing a Masters of Public Relations from the College of Communication and Information.
