- Appeared in 34 games and started five during her first season on Rocky Top.
- Averaged 3.9 ppg. and 3.7 rpg., shooting 47.8 percent as UT's first player off the bench in a team-most 24 games.
- Best performance came vs. Florida State, when she carded a season-high nine points along with seven rebounds.
- Logged eight points, four rebounds, three steals, an assist and a block against South Florida in the NCAA First Round.
- Tossed in seven points and grabbed seven rebounds against Texas A&M in the SEC Tournament.
- Corralled a season-high eight rebounds vs. LSU in Baton Rouge.
- Scored seven points and snared seven rebounds versus Tulsa in the West Palm Beach Classic.

2023-24 - FRESHMAN (AT SYRACUSE)
- One of just three players to appear in all 32 games, earning starts in 26 of them.
- Averaged 8.6 points per game and 7.0 rebounds to rank fourth and first on the team, respectively.
- Shot 46 percent from the field and ranked second in percentage for Syracuse among players who averaged 20 or minutes per contest.
- Led the team in rebounds (224) and blocks (42) and was fourth in steals (38).
- Paced the team with the most blocks 14 times and most rebounds on 10 occasions.
- Scored in double figures 13 times, pulling down 10 or more rebounds on nine occasions and finishing with a team-high six double-doubles.
- Two of those double-doubles came in the first two contests of her collegiate career, as she tallied 15/10 and 11/11 points-rebounds efforts, respectively vs. Lafayette and Central Connecticut State.
- Season highs in scoring, rebounding and minutes came vs. Alabama, when she fired in 23 points on 9-of-10 shooting and grabbed 12 rebounds in 40 minutes of court time on Nov. 30.
- She later tied her best on the boards with 12 vs. Notre Dame in the ACC opener on Dec. 31, also adding 21 points over 32 minutes vs. the Irish.
- In Syracuse’s NCAA Tournament contests, Latham started in both and logged 35 minutes vs. Arizona and 33 vs. UConn.
- She produced 10 points, five rebounds, two steals and an assist vs. the Wildcats and contributed six points, six rebounds, three steals, two blocks and an assist vs. the Huskies.
- Scored the game-winning basket, a layup, with seven seconds remaining in a 19-point comeback win vs. Clemson on Jan. 14.
- Blocked a season-high six shots against Louisville on Feb. 11.
