Yosef joined Tennessee as an Assistant Athletic Trainer with Tennessee Men’s and Women’s Tennis in June of 2021. Prior to that he worked as an Intern Athletic Trainer with both tennis teams during the 2020-2021 season. Yosef earned his B.A. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Rice University in 2017. As an undergraduate student athletic trainer, Yosef worked with the Owls women’s soccer program for three years.
After graduating from Rice, Yosef gained valuable experience working in a physical therapy clinic in Dallas, TX. From 2018-2020, Yosef completed his Master of Science in Athletic Training degree at Texas A&M University. During his time in College Station, Yosef worked with a local high school as well as with the Aggie Baseball, Volleyball, and Men’s and Women’s Tennis teams.
In July 2022, Presburger volunteered for the Team USA medical team at the 21st Maccabiah Games in Israel, where he sharpened his professional skills as an athletic trainer.
Yosef is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA) and holds certifications in Kinesiotaping, FAT-Tool, and Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM).
