- Helped lead Morris Catholic to a 109-6 record, four state title game appearances and three consecutive state championships in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
- Also guided MCHS to being named the 2025 MaxPreps National Champion.
- MCHS won the Morris County Tournament four times.

- Mia Pauldo was born on Feb. 23, 2006, in Paterson, N.J.
- Nickname is “MiMi” and she and her twin, Mya, go by Twin Back Court (TBC).
- Parents are Donell “DJ” and Filisha Pauldo.
- Siblings include brothers Daizon, Dahmari and Naisiah, and sisters Mya and Nyasia.
- Father played basketball at Shaw University, Nyasia plays there now and Daizon plays at Bergen County Community College.
- Had a court in their backyard that their father built for a basketball training business.
- In 2022, Mia and Mya became the youngest basketball players, male or female, to sign a high school NIL deal with PUMA.
- Also participated in ballet, baseball and taekwondo before focusing on basketball.
- Chose Tennessee over Illinois, Penn State and Texas Tech.
- Hobbies include reading/writing poems, baking and building with Legos.
- Majoring in marketing.
