Halloween Extravaganza a Hit for Vol Baseball

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Celebrating their final week of fall practice the night before Halloween, the Tennessee Baseball team hosted its annual Halloween Extravaganza on Friday night at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. From Mario and Luigi to G.I. Joe to famous Disney characters, the entire squad hit the field in full costume for a scrimmage and postgame trick-or-treating with Vol fans.
"We had a lot of fun and I'm really proud of our guys," Head Coach Dave Serrano said while dressed as Fred Flintstone. "They went above and beyond with their costumes. They showed creativity and used their imagination.
"The entire reason why we do this is for our fans. We invite them to come out and tour the kids around our facility and give out some candy. Hopefully, everyone has a great time and a Happy Halloween."

UT Baseball Alumni Weekend, Nov. 6-7
Capping off the end of their Fall schedule, the Vols will hold UT Baseball Alumni Weekend on Friday, Nov. 6 - Saturday, Nov. 7, welcoming back all VFLs who played for the Big Orange, including members of the 1995 and 2005 College World Series teams, who will be recognized in an on-field presentation at Neyland Stadium during the Tennessee-South Carolina football game.
