THE STANFORD GAME
- This marks the 29th meeting between the two schools dating back to the 1988-89 season. Tennessee will be looking for its first win at Maples Pavilion since a 74-67 victory on Dec. 4, 2005.

- Tara VanDerveer joined Pat Summitt in the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame as she was inducted in April 2002 in Knoxville, Tenn. Both were gold medal winning Olympic coaches -- Summitt in 1984 and VanDerveer in 1996.
